The University of New York in Prague (UNYP) was founded in 1998 and offers American and Czech university degrees. The modern campus of the school is located in a beautiful location in the center of Prague. UNYP is the largest higher education institution in the Czech Republic, teaching exclusively in English. Small groups in the classroom allow students to express their ideas, communicate with professors and work with classmates from around the world in a friendly and respectful environment.

Currently they have over 900 students from over 65 different countries. The majority of their instructors are native English speakers.

About campus

UNYP was founded in 1998, currently we have over 900 students from 65 different countries. There is also diverse and international faculty, majority are native English speakers.   We are situated in Vinohrady, one of the most popular and central historic districts in Prague. We occupy five buildings in a two-block radius. Our UNYP residences are less than 200 meters from the main building and our library is one of the largest English language libraries in Czech republic with more than 17,000 publications.
