The campus includes both dorms and smaller boarding houses, with dorms being larger buildings that house many students, while boarding houses provide a more intimate living experience for fewer students.

In terms of facilities, Tilton has a modern theater, an ice rink with a training facility, a climbing wall, a turf field used for sports like soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey, and a new outdoor amphitheater, enhancing both academic and extracurricular life.
